Where do I begin….. I stumbled upon Bar without boundaries at an event my company sponsors every year… the esthetic of their horse trailer positioned in the tent drew my attention…. Once I walked over to check it out and found out they had mocktails I was locked in. To be Newly sober and have an option other than a Diet Coke was lights out for me.
Not only did I have that option…. They were absolutely delicious… I went home that evening and told my now husband… if we get married at our house… we are using this bar!

Fast forward to this weekend… I used Bar without boundaries for my wedding… swoooon. Busy day for me as you can imagine …I finally had a moment to get a beverage and who’s behind thr bar!?! Jen & Rich… and if you have t meet them…. They are a VIBE!!! Probably the kindness, most thoughtful people I have ever met. They made my wedding extra special by working it.

The mocktails and cocktails served were raved about by my guests. Their prompt, professional and kindness did not go unnoticed by nearly all of my guests.

Bars without Boundaries did a phenomenal job at our weekend this past weekend! The planning process from the beginning was so easy, understanding and accommodating for what we needed! The bar tenders were so friendly, took so many requests, and genuinely cared about my husband and I getting married and celebrating our love! The bars were decorated so nicely, they even used our theme and colors to decorate! Jen even helped me calculate how much alcohol we would need for the days bars without boundaries weren’t going to be there! This business felt like family in just short hours, I highly highly highly recommend booking them for any drink needs! Such exceptional service the entire party ! We had a challenging space and the team made it look effortless! Everyone enjoyed the delicious food and drink ! The staff was so enjoyable and engaging. I had Bars Without Boundaries cater my bridal shower. Jen was incredible to work with. She worked with me and my mom to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They set up the bar to match my theme. They offered several options for cocktails and it truly was hard to not try them all. Bars Without Boundaries was amazing to work with from start to finish! They were very responsive throughout the planning process, and their packages were flexible and easy to customize to fit our needs. They had great recommendations when we weren't exactly sure what wine to provide, which mixers would go best, etc. The drinks were excellent, and the bartenders were friendly, professional, and genuinely fun - our guests were entertained all night.

The bar trailer itself was the perfect aesthetic touch for our cocktail hour. Our wedding was held at a summer camp, and the vintage trailer elevated the space and fit the summer camp theme beautifully. A huge thank you to Richard and Jenn for keeping our celebration flowing with positivity and heart! Your energy, warmth, and creativity behind the bar were unmatched. Every drink came with a smile and a touch of love.
The beautiful bar trailer/cart setup was stylish and inviting, with exceptional service that added so much Joy to our day. The drinks were incredibly delicious, unique, and beautifully crafted, especially the signature cocktails, the Apple Cider Margarita and the Hennessy Sidecar. Even as our plans shifted, Richard ensured every pour came with a smile, and he truly kept the celebration flowing.

Bars without Boundaries provided the bar service for our August wedding at the Canfield Casino (150 guests) and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. My guests raved about the drinks and how quick the service was. The bartenders were amazing as well! Jen made the whole process extremely easy and was very accommodating to my (very last minute) requests. I have also been a guest at a smaller event hosted by a local plant nursery where Bars without Boundaries was providing bar service and everything was outstanding then as well!
