Mobile bar trailer service
The vintage trailer parks at your venue and opens into the bar. Guests order from the window, and the whole setup stays self-contained when the site does not already have a bar.
Satellite bar setups
When the guest list is large, or the trailer cannot sit where people are gathering, we add satellite bars. They run the same menu and the same bartenders, including outdoor events that need cover from the weather.
Professional bartenders
TIPS-certified bartenders pour, restock, and keep the line moving. They handle the bar for the whole event so you can stay with your guests.
Custom cocktails and mocktails
We write the menu with you: signature cocktails, zero-proof mocktails, and a theme when you want one. Every guest gets a drink that belongs on the list. See the current menus.
Wedding bar packages
Wedding service is built around your timeline, from cocktail hour through dinner and the reception. We match the drink list, glassware, and staffing to the headcount and the flow of the day.
Corporate events
Company parties, conferences, campus events, and fundraisers use the same bar with a schedule built for a work event. Coffee service and satellite bars are available when the day runs long. Plan a corporate event.
Grazing tables and food stations
Grazing tables, charcuterie, dessert displays, and small-bite stations can sit with the bar. The food is styled for the same event, so the table and the drinks feel like one setup.
Coffee and cafe service
The bar also runs coffee and cafe drinks for brunches, conferences, and welcome hours. It can stand on its own for a daytime event or open before cocktail service starts.
Setup, glassware, service, and breakdown
We bring the glassware and supplies, set the bar, serve through your event window, and pack everything out afterward. Commercial general liability and liquor liability insurance are included with the booking.
