Is the alcohol included?
Liquor laws in New Your State don’t allow the sale of spirits from a mobile vehicle. The person hosting the event is responsible for purchasing the alcohol so we can legally dispense your favorite drinks. We can obtain a one day beer, wine and cider, permit (depending on your location) for sale of those beverages.
What should I purchase?
We can help you choose what you want, how much you will need and assist you with the ordering and delivery. An added benefit is you will not pay a markup on the alcohol.
Are you insured?
We have Commercial General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance, and all of our bartenders are TIPS Certified.
What about decorations?
The bar comes with beautiful décor but our clients are welcome to decorate with flowers, balloons, decals, marquee letters and more! We can work with you to dress the trailer to the nines and put you in touch with local vendors.
What events do you do?
We service all types of events; weddings, showers, parties (including both at home, on the block and at venues), celebrations, fundraisers, and corporate events. The options are boundless.
Do you have any technical requirements?
We need a standard 110v plug with a dedicated 15 amp circuit to operate the systems and refrigeration. We require a flat and level surface on gravel, grass or pavement, so the trailer is supported throughout your service. We can also provide generator if the location has no power of its own.
How do we book the event?
To reserve The Bar Without Boundaries, we require a deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event date. If your event is short notice (less than 30 days before event date), the full payment outlined in the contract is due upfront.
